FSA 80 Battery Trimmer

The STIHL FSA 80 battery brushcutter delivers outstanding cutting performance, making it ideal for maintaining smaller lawns and trimming edges with ease. Its ergonomic bike handle ensures comfortable and effective operation, while the quiet, well-balanced design allows for use without ear protection—even in noise-sensitive areas. Additionally, the FSA 80 battery trimmer is apart of the STIHL AK System that allows you to use any AK system battery to run this tool. 

Equipped with a brushless EC motor, the FSA 80 features two adjustable speed settings via the control handle. ECO mode (Level 1) is perfect for light tasks like edge trimming, optimizing energy use and extending battery life. For tougher jobs like cutting dense grass or scrub, Level 2 provides full power. The speed automatically adapts to the selected cutting tool for optimal performance.

Designed to support metal cutting tools, the FSA 80 is also compatible with a wide range of mowing heads. It includes a height-adjustable suspension loop for the standard double shoulder harness and a built-in carrying ring for convenient storage.

Constant Power

CONSTANT POWER, REGARDLESS OF BATTERY CHARGE STATUS. With other brands of battery tools, the performance usually decreases during work as the battery discharges. This is not the case with STIHL cordless power tools with CONSTANT POWER. Thanks to the intelligent electronics, your STIHL power tool works with consistently high power.

Power Levels

PERFORMANCE SUITABLE FOR THE TASK. You can change the power of your device thanks to 2 different power levels. At level 1, you reduce the power (Eco mode) and extend the battery life. Level 2 allows you to call up full power. This means that you can either work particularly energy-efficiently or use all the power of the device when you need it.

Carrying Ring

FOR SAFE STORAGE. The power tool has an integrated carrying ring. This allows you to store your power tool safely and compactly.

Tool-Free Handle Adjustment 

SET THE BIKE HANDLE POSITION. You can individually adjust the ergonomic bike handle (mowing handle) using the central clamping device. Thanks to the tool-free handle adjustment, you do not need any tools for this. The bike handle can be rotated 90 degrees for transport and space-saving storage.
