Refund policy
All returns must be delivered to an authorized Full Line STIHL Dealer. Please visit www.stihl.ca to locate an authorized Full Line STIHL Dealer in your area.
Only items returned in original packaging will be approved. Any used equipment is not returnable.
Once a Full Line STIHL Dealer approves a return, STIHL Limited (not the dealer) will issue a credit to the original credit card used in the transaction.
LIMITED WARRANTY
STIHL’s Limited Warranty applies only to the original owner of the unit and is non-transferable.
The following respective warranty periods apply to STIHL products:

Accessories carry a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defect only.
