Shipping to most addresses in Canada are free with purchases of $75 or greater. Orders placed for less than $75 will be charged $12 freight.
A signature may be required on delivery.
All returns must be delivered to, approved, and processed by a Full Line STIHL Dealer. Visit www.stihl.ca or click on our Store Locator to find your nearest Full Line store.

Unless your item is faulty, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few working days.
We regret there are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. For example, if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We will inform you of this in advance.
When will I receive my refund?
- If you have received an email confirming a refund has been issued, first double check your credit card account; as refunds can appear at any time during the day.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
