Swiveling Mowing Unit

EFFICIENT CUTTING OF LAWN EDGES. To cut lawn edges comfortably, precisely and quickly, you can turn the mowing unit by 90° with a few simple movements. This means that vertical cuts for lawn edges can be made in a normal working position, and sharp contours along paths or flower beds can be easily cut out.

Adjustable Working Depth

COMFORTABLE TRIM UNDER OBSTACLES. The mowing unit can be angled in several stages, allowing you to comfortably adjust the grass trimmer to your own height and also to the working environment. This allows you to work particularly comfortably under obstacles such as benches.

Length-Adjustable Shaft

FOR HIGH WORKING COMFORT. Thanks to the length-adjustable shaft, you can work very comfortably and with minimum strain on your back. To do so, simply adjust the shaft to your height and working method, without tools.

Soft Grip Handle with Control Lever

FOR COMFORTABLE WORK. The soft grip handle integrates the control lever for switching on and off as well as a control lever lock, to make it easier to operate your battery brushcutter. Not only is it easy to grip, but it also absorbs some of the vibrations that arise during operation.

Flexible Spacer Bar

PROTECTS DURING MOWING. The spacer bar protects objects and plants as well as the cutting attachment. It means that when mowing, you can be certain of trimming precisely, without damaging plants, bark or objects. The cutting tool does not cut beyond the position of the bar. However, the front part of the spacer bar is made from flexible material, so that you can push against it if necessary and then get even closer to objects when trimming. This makes it possible to carry out clearing work in a controlled and thorough manner. You can fold the bar up or down as needed.

What is the variable speed control for?

The infinitely variable speed adjustment makes it possible to adapt the power to different application situations and thus maintain full control. For example, a lower speed is ideal for trimming lawn edges. Mowing thicker grass or lightweight undergrowth is made easier by working in higher speed ranges.

Which batteries are compatible with the FSA 50? 

All batteries of the AK system (AK 10, AK 20 & AK 30 S) are compatible. The AK 10 is recommended.

What is the benefit of the flexible spacer? 

The flexible spacer makes it easy to maintain a uniform distance between the cutting attachment and adjacent objects, and the distance to adjacent objects can be minimized by “overpressing” the handle, enabling almost residue-free work.

Is the FSA 50 compatible with different mowing heads? With which ones?

The FSA 50 is compatible with the AutoCut C 3-2 and the PolyCut 3-2. The AutoCut C 3-2 is recommended.

Is the use of metal blades allowed?

No, only plastic blades can be used.
